| 岗位描述： | 职位描述： 下游工艺技术支持专家(DSP TS)主要负责为客户下游纯化和过滤工艺（首要重点是除菌过滤技术）提供对应的产品专业知识，技术应用理论和技术支持服务等。根据客户端实际工艺情况，在工艺流程设计、产品定位和演示、工艺应用开发和培训等方面与销售进行配合并提供支持。 Main Responsibilities & Tasks: 岗位职责： 1 Support the Sales organization on existing products/DSP Process technology and knowledge through product presentations, demonstrations, trials, technical report and application studies. 支持销售人员对公司现有产品和下游工艺技术及理论等进行的活动，如产品介绍和展示，进行试验和提供技术报告，进行产品应用研究等。 2 As for new products, in close collaboration with product management through beta sites testing, demonstrations and related marketing campaigns, and so on. 对于公司新研发待上市或已上市产品，与产品经理及其团队密切配合，进行β测试、产品介绍和展示等市场推广活动。 3 Support Sales in the customer process and URS analysis and generate application trials and report to help designing optimized products in line with the application requirements. 支持销售人员对客户工艺和需求进行分析响应，挖掘试验机会并形成技术报告以帮助客户选择最合适的工艺产品。 4 Assist customers for first product installation and initial start-up and ensure the training of the customer. 帮助客户进行首次产品使用、安装和培训等活动。 5 Support Quality Department in the quality complaint process by troubleshooting and analyzing customers processes for better investigation and resolution, such as 8D report. 遇到客户产品质量投诉，支持质量部门排查疑难问题、了解和分析客户工艺，以便更好的调查和解决，如8D报告的修改和完善。 6Regularly reporton competitors’ products and feedback information to the Technical Support Team Management and products management. 定期搜集和汇报同类型公司的产品、市场等信息，为技术支持和产品经理团队提供支持和帮助。 Qualifications & Skills: 任职要求： 1 Graduate in biological/pharmaceutical engineering or biotechnology at least Bachelor’s degree, have relatedR&D or GMP manufacturing experience at pharmaceutical industry. 生物/制药工程及生物技术等相关专业本科及以上学历，具有医药行业工艺开发，GMP中试和生产等相关工作经验。 2 DSP process and application expertise (such as sterile filtration, depth filtration, chromatography, virus filtration, UFDF, integrity test), willing to study new DSP technology/productand apply in customer side. 对下游纯化工艺和技术应用（如除菌过滤，深层过滤，层析，除病毒过滤，超滤，完整性测试等）具有一定了解和技术能力，乐于学习和分享新的下游工艺和技术并在客户端进行展示。 3 Ability to interact at various levels (sales, technical, customer end users). Excellent communication and presentation skills to internal/external customer, commercial sense. 具有与不同层级人员交流互动的能力，对内外部客户具有良好的人际沟通技能和PPT等的展示能力，并具有一定商务思维。 职能类别：生物工程/生物制药 |
