| 岗位描述： | POSITION: IT SUPPORT (Hardware) 职位： IT技术支持 LOCATION: SHANGHAI 工作地： 上海 Description: 岗位描述 Provide hardware and software training to staffs 为同事提供硬件和软件的培训 Resolves hardware, software, networking and communication problems, conflicts, and defects 解决硬件、软件、网络和通讯方面的问题、冲突和缺陷 Work Activities: Investigates, analyzes, and resolves hardware problems on elee computer systems; performs hardware repairs, maintenance, technical assistance, and support on a wide range of PC-based computers and peripherals. 调查、分析和解决elee计算机系统的硬件问题；硬件的维护、保养、技术协助、对广泛的基于PC的计算机及周边设备提供支持。 Analyzes and resolves problems on computer applications and systems 分析和解决计算机应用和系统上存在的问题。 Evaluates existing computer systems hardware, and performs system upgrades, based on end user requirements; installs, integrates, customizes, configures, and tests new systems and hardware; resolves configuration conflicts and errors. 以用户需求为基础，评估现有计算机系统的硬件，升级运行系统；安装、整合、定制、配置以及测试新系统和硬件；解决配置中的冲突和错误。 Performs routine, day-to-day hardware and software maintenance as assigned, and assists in proper upkeep and utilization of systems. 合理的维护和利用系统来完成日常布置的硬件和软件的维护和协助。 Maintains a broad knowledge of state-of-the-art computer technology, equipment, and systems; participates in professional development activities as appropriate. 具有丰富的计算机技术、设备和系统知识，适当的参与公司的研发活动。 Hardware & network installation and configuration 硬件和网络的安装及配置。 Provides training and office software support to other staffs 给其他员工提供办公软件的培训和支持。 Requirements: 任职资格 The position requires leading personalities with a service-minded attitude and good communication skills.
